Meet The Author
D. Kotschwar, M.D. is a physician who grew up on a farm in western USA before studying chemistry in a midwestern city, then training in medicine on both coasts of the US. The author pursued a long career, including rural medicine, geriatrics, hospice and hospitalist/ICU work in multiple states and six countries and now resides in the fly-over zone of the USA.
