Agreement & Waiver

1. What’s Included

Your registration covers:

• Lodging for the retreat dates
• All scheduled meals / transportation
• Select excursions listed in the itinerary
• Group workshops and coaching sessions

Not included: Airfare, personal purchases, optional activities, alcohol, meals or snacks not provided or not listed in our schedule.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• Your spot is officially reserved once deposit payment is processed.
• Payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another qualified guest with written notice.
• In the unlikely case we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of what you’ve paid. In the event of force majeure, the retreat will be rescheduled or relocated if possible. Refunds will follow the terms outlined in this agreement

3. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for your own well-being during the retreat.
• Some activities may require moderate physical ability—these are always optional.
• Please follow safety guidelines from any guides or team members.
• PLEASE NOTE: We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs within reason but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Liability Release

By attending, you agree not to hold Joanna K. Hunt, LLC, her team, or contractors responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

5. Photography & Media

We love capturing special moments! By attending, you give permission for photos and video to be used in future retreat promotions. If you’d rather not be photographed, just let us know before we start.
